You must be friendly and willing to live with roommates - the folks in the house are students and/or professionals from all over the world.  It's a good place to live, you must be a good roommate!

15 blocks from the UH and TSU campuses (on the other side of 45, not in the scary area bordering the universities), less than two miles to downtown, seconds away from I-45 and I-610, four exits from I-10, minutes to Hobby airport and 6.6 miles to the Medical Center.

The house itself has everything: two full-sized washer/dryers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, tile/carpet throughout, granite counters. You have one guaranteed off-street parking space.

I pay for a maid to clean the common areas once per month.

$250 deposit required (refundable minus any charges when you move out). You must have 3x rent in income or proof of student loans. Criminal background check is performed. No prior evictions or broken leases.

One year lease required, and you must be friendly and willing to live with roommates (see statement above).

Absolutely no pets are allowed - NO exceptions.
