Looking for roommate to share a 3/2 house with two guys. Both are black, college educated (one has a grad degree), full time employed, clean, quiet, long term tenants. One may be gay (I do not know about the other). You MUST be clean, quiet, and respectful. Prefer another grad student or professional; male or female does not matter.

The room available for rent shares a bath with one of the guys.

One year lease required (no, I am not open to a shorter term)
No pets - no exceptions

$645/month - all bills paid! - high speed internet, digital cable television, water, electricity, gas, pest control, lawn care.

15 blocks from the U.H. campus, less than two miles to downtown, minutes away from each of 45, 610, 59, 288, four exits from I-10, minutes to Hobby airport and 6.6 miles to the Medical Center.

Safe and quiet neighborhood close to everything - bike or walk to Kroger and CVS, UH, TSU.

The house itself has everything: full-sized stacked washer/dryer, stove, microwave, hardwoods throughout, central a/c, high speed internet, cable.

$500 deposit required (refundable).

One year lease required, and you must be friendly and willing to live with roommates.

Absolutely no pets are allowed, no exceptions.
